Paneer Lettuce Cups

This is a fusion chaat dish. With Chinese, Mediterranean and Indian influences, these paneer lettuce cups are a fun and healthy appetizer with major crowd-pleasing potential! Ingredients ½ cup Paneer, pan fried, grated/chopped 2 tbsp Saucery Hummus 2 tsp Yogurt  1 tsp Cumin  2 x Shallots, finely sliced 1 x Tomato, chopped 1 tsp Dill, chopped (optional) 2 x Fresh lettuce Leaves Method Mix all the ingredients together with the grated paneer and Saucery hummus. Chill this mixture for 20 minutes. Scoop and place them into the lettuce leaves. Serve the lettuce cups, chilled.

Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients 2 tsp Butter 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 6 tbsp Saucery Mushroom Pepper ½ cup Vegetable or chicken stock 1 cup Water 2 tsp Fresh cream 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped Salt, pepper, to season Method Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic. Blend the sautÌ©ed garlic butter, mushroom pepper sauce and stock in a blender/mixer until smooth. Transfer contents back into the pan along with water and heat up the mixture. Check and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with a dash of cream and parsley on top.
