If you like spicy food with a juicy twist, Harissa Prawns are always so fun to eat. Whenever you need a quick ten minute treat, this is the first thing that should come to your mind. Low carb, high protein and abundant flavour. Even makes it feel like you’re chilling on a sunny beach!
- 300g Prawns
- 6 tbsp Saucery Harissa
- 1 tsp Chopped coriander
- 2 x Lemons, cut into wedges
- Salt, to taste
- Clean and wash the prawns.
- Marinate the prawns with Saucery Harissa. Arrange the marinated prawns on the skewer alternatively with the onions. Place the skewer over a grill until prawns are cooked and slightly charred. This would take approximately 4-5 mins. Keep turning the skewer over the grill to ensure uniform cooking.
- Serve hot on the skewer itself garnished with chopped coriander and a wedges of lemon.
