Devilled Hummus Eggs

Here's an interesting spin on devilled eggs. We're adding a little hummus and herbs to make the age old egg a little more trendy.  We've used our plain hummus here but you can try adding any one of our Saucery Hummus dips to this recipe for an added kick of protein and flavour. They're the perfect midday snack, light lunch, or even breakfast option if you want to shake things up a little!

  • 2 x Eggs, boiled
  • 2 tbsp Saucery Hummus
  • 5g Zatar Powder
  • 5g Chopped Corriander
  • 5g Chopped Dill
  • 3 x Black olives, pitted and chopped
  • Salt, pepper - To taste
  • Cut the boiled eggs into halves and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  • Combine the yolks with Saucery Hummus, Zatar powder, chopped coriander, chopped dill, black olives, salt & pepper. Mix well.
  • Scoop in this mixture into the boiled egg whites and serve chilled.
