Creamy Pesto Spaghetti

Next time your kids are throwing a fuss about the lunch or dinner, have this ready in a matter of minutes to show off your great taste in food and win everyone’s hearts again. This crowd pleasing pasta has become a new favourite and must-have in the pasta world!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Saucery Classic Pesto
  • 180g Boiled Spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 6-8 x Walnuts, roasted and crushed
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese


Method

  • Heat the cream in a pan and add in the boiled spaghetti. Add the crushed walnuts and the cheese. Once thick, add the spaghetti and cook for a minute.
  • Drizzle in the Saucery classic pesto and switch of the flame. Toss the pesto with the creamy spaghetti to mix well. Serve hot garnished with crushed walnuts and a sprig of parsley.
