We've tried a few different salads out with the Aglio Olio and we have to say this is definitely one of our favourites. Light, palate-pleasing and bursting with flavour - this one is sure to not disappoint!

What you need
Saucery Aglio Olio - 2 tbsp
Lettuce – 1/2 bunch or 6-7 leaves (if using iceberg lettuce)
Walnuts – 7-8 pieces (can replace with croutons or muesli)
Peach (cut into 8) – 2 whole
Fresh mozzarella – 7-10 cubes/balls
Black Olives, pitted – 5-6 no
Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
How you do it
- Break the lettuce into bite sizes with hand and combine all the What you need together in a bowl along with Saucery Aglio Olio. Check seasoning and serve chilled.
PS: You can even add a touch of honey if you like a little sweetness :) This salad can also be made with romaine lettuce or a mix of various lettuce leaves, and using muesli instead of walnuts would also give a perky lift.
