Food Cognizant has consulted for reputed clients within a wide range of industries such as baking, spices, meat processing, milk & milk Products, flour processing, fresh cut vegetables etc.

Her inputs and expertise have enabled Saucery to have long-lasting products whilst staying entirely natural, and maintaining the high quality standards established by creating and implementing scientific validation and quality control processes. With her sound knowledge in food science, she has also helped identify and replace run of the mill ingredients with better, healthier options to boost the health quotient of our products.
