Having completed his schooling partly in Muscat, Oman and Kerala, Jebil experienced the various cuisines and culinary intricacies of different parts of the world at an early age. While his most satisfying meal might still be a traditional Onam Sadya, his education at IHM Mumbai and work at Indigo Deli exposed him to a variety of flavours and cuisines.
Punctual, disciplined and headstrong, Jebil is charged with overseeing all kitchen operations at Saucery. His understanding of the intricacies in food production and packaging ensure that every product we send out is of the highest quality and standard.
