Saucery Sundried Tomato Pesto – 4 tbsp
Pita Bread – 2 no*
Onion, thinly sliced – 1 medium
Green chilly, fine chopped – 1 big
Dry Oregano – 1 tsp
Mozzarella, grated – 2 tbsp
* You can replace the pita bread with any regular pizza base you’d like – wheat base, flour based, or even just a plain toast!
- Preheat an oven at 180C. Spread the Saucery sundried tomato pesto onto the pita bread evenly.
- Top this evenly with sliced onions, chopped green chilly, dry oregano and grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 2-3 mins until the cheese has completely melted. Cut and serve hot.
