Saucery Cranberry Walnut – 4 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Honey – 3 tbsp
Granola – 1 bar
Mixed fruit compote/jam – 2.5 tbsp
- In a bowl, whisk in the cranberry walnut, milk and honey and whisk well. It should be pouring consistency.
- Arrange 2 popsicle moulds, 200g capacity Pour half the cranberry walnut mix, then the granola, followed by the mixed fruit jam. and then a spoon of the compote.
- Top the moulds with the remaining cranberry walnut. Tap the moulds on the work table to take out the air bubbles.
- Place the popsicle stick through the center and freeze for atleast 6 hours until completely set. Serve, frozen.
