Paneer Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
Paneer, pan fried, grated/chopped – ½ cup
Saucery Hummus – 2 tbsp
Yogurt – 2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Shallots, finely sliced – 2 no
Chopped tomato – 1 small
Dill chopped (optional) – 1 tsp
Lettuce Leaves, fresh – 2 no

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together with the grated paneer and Saucery hummus. Chill this mixture for 20 minutes.
  • Scoop and place them into the lettuce leaves. Serve the lettuce cups, chilled.
