Devilled Hummus Eggs

Eggs, boiled – 2 no
Saucery Hummus – 2 tbsp
Zatar Powder – 5g
Chopped Corriander – 5g
Chopped Dill – 5g
Black olives, pitted and chopped – 3 no
Salt, pepper  – to taste


  • Cut the boiled eggs into halves and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  • Combine the yolks with Saucery Hummus, zatar powder, chopped coriander, chopped dill, black olives, salt & pepper. Mix well.
  • Scoop in this mixture into the boiled egg whites and serve chilled.
